Our mission is to provide the most seamless mortgage process possible while minimizing the cost of securing a mortgage.  We are able to provide this seamless process through our systems, our relationships, and, most importantly, our people.  We are able to minimize costs by focusing on a volume-based approach that is geared toward pre-qualifying our clients prior to the underwriting process to eliminate most, if not all, of the challenges that can present themselves the loan process.  This allows for us to close more loans, faster, which results in a smaller cost to the client on each loan.

Daniel is one of the founders and managing partners of Spring Mortgage. He is a graduate from the University of Houston and has over 5 years of experience in the mortgage Industry. A top priority for him is to educate every client about what to expect during the mortgage process in order to help facilitate a smooth transaction. Daniel strongly believes in helping his team members and realtor partners serve clients with honesty, integrity, and competence.

Jason is one of the founders and managing partners of Spring Mortgage.  He is a graduate from the University of Houston and has 10 years of mortgage experience.  With a background in mortgage processing, originating and management, he is able to not only navigate the mortgage process for his clients and referral partners, but he and his team take it upon themselves to be the driving force that facilitates all parties of a mortgage transaction through funding.  Jason believes that communication is the most important aspect of his job.  He knows that he should be accessible, provide clear and concise communication, and be able to explain each aspect of the loan process to his clients and referral partners such that they are left with a clear understanding of their options and what they should expect during the loan process.

Rudy has over 10 years of experience in banking and finance with most of his tenure as a private client manager.  This position enabled Rudy to understand his clients financial needs as a whole rather than the socpe of just one transaction.  This allowed him to provide a more wholistic service to his clients.  His understanding of client nees, expectations, and market flucuations allows Rudy to provide a complete experience that wows his clients.

Casey is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and has 5 years of financial and mortgage experience. His background has helped him to understand the broader market as a whole, allowing him to position his clients in the best possible financial situation. Casey is able to quickly adapt to the ever changing mortgage industry, providing each of his clients with a customized plan to meet their specific needs. Casey is also a very clear and concise communicator, taking it upon himself to exceed – rather than just meet – client expectations.
